How will I know if my watch is eligible for the Wear OS 3 upgrade?
To determine if your watch is eligible for Wear OS 3, check the following:
Wear OS 3 is only compatible with Calibre E4 watches that were released in 2021 and are running on Wear OS 2.0 or higher. The model reference on the back of your watch should start with SBR.
Due to hardware limitations, the previous generations Calibre E1, E2 and E3 are not able to support Wear OS 3. However, we will continue to release features, watch faces and bug fixes on our previous generations.
Wear OS 3 is only available in certain countries. Supported features and apps may vary between platforms and countries and may be only available in certain languages. For more information please contact us here https://www.tagheuer.com/us/en/contact/.

TAG Heuer Connected works with phones running Android 8.0+ (excluding Go edition) or iOS 15.0+ and is only compatible with Calibre E4.
