初次使用TAG Heuer Wellness应用程序时,需要您设置日目标。根据健康协会的建议,我们设定两项每日目标以帮助提升健康状况,并设定一项每周指标记录您的运动成果。
进入在腕表端的TAG Heuer Wellness应用程序设置界面,向下滚动,选择“更改目标”,即可自行调整目标设置。您也在手机端的TAG Heuer Companion应用程序中,选择“健康”选项卡,并在屏幕顶端选择进入“目标”,然后以相同方法进行设置。
