You should consider polishing your watch when scratches become noticeable and begin to bother you. Polishing can restore the original luster and smooth damaged surfaces. However, it should be done sparingly, as each polishing removes a thin layer of metal and may, over time, subtly alter the original shape of the case or bracelet.

For this reason, polishing should only be carried out by an authorized service center, typically during a complete maintenance service. Please note that not all materials can be polished.
