What should I do if I can’t access the Google Play Store™?

If you can’t access the Google Play Store, first make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi. If a Wi-Fi connection isn’t available, try using your phone as a hotspot.

If you’re connected to Wi-Fi but still can’t access the Google Play Store, resetting your watch may fix the issue:
  • Swipe down on the watch face or press the power button
  • Tap the Settings icon Settings cogwheel
  • Tap System
  • Tap Disconnect & reset

Once you've reset your watch, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and select the option to forget the device. Then pair your watch with your phone again. Once your phone and your watch are paired, check if you can access the Google Play Store.
