What must I do if I change my phone?
If you change your phone, you will need to pair your watch with your new device. But first, please reset your watch to the default settings before activating the pairing process. Your sports sessions will be saved on your TAG Heuer Connected and can be synchronized again after the reset.
Here's how to proceed:
1) If you track your sports sessions with TAG Heuer sports app, make sure you synchronize your sessions to the TAG Heuer Connected app on your phone to save them !
2) On your watch, go to Settings
3) To unpair your watch from your previous phone, tap on System and then tap on Disconnect & Reset.
For iOS users only:
In your phone's Settings menu, select Bluetooth and tap on Forget device in the information button just next to the name of your watch.
4) Download Wear OS by Google app on your new phone and proceed to the pairing process
5) Download the Companion app and log in to find your data.
