What can I do when my watch does not detect the GPS signal?
If your TAG Heuer Sports app does not detect your GPS position, please perform the few checks listed below:
• Go outside if you are currently indoors.
• Make sure you have a clear view of the sky and that no buildings are blocking it.
• Remain in the same spot for a few minutes (especially if you are in a city).
• In the Settings tab of your TAG Heuer Sports app, scroll down and make sure that the GPS is activated. It should be enabled at the beginning of each sport session.
Your watch should now detect the GPS signal. Enjoy your sports session!
