What can I do if I can’t access the Google Play Store™?

If you can’t access the Google Play Store, first make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi and that the Bluetooth is activated. If no Wi-Fi connection is available, try using your phone as a hotspot.

Please note that you need a synchronized Google account on your TAG Heuer Connected Watch to access the Google Play Store app.

If you’re connected but still can't access the Google Play Store, check if your watch is up to date by going to Settings > System > About > Versions > Home app and check for updates. Then go back to Settings >  System > About > System updates.
If an update is available, install it on your watch. 

If you still can't access the Google Play Store, try to force stop the app: Settings > Apps & notifications > App info > System apps > Google Play Store and tap on Force Stop. Then relaunch the app.

If you still can’t access the Google Play Store, resetting your watch may fix the issue:
  • Swipe down on the watchface and tap the Settings icon [insert cog icon] 
  • Tap System
  • Tap Disconnect & reset

Once you've reset your watch, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and select the option to forget the device.
Then pair your watch with your phone again [hyperlink to question detailing how to pair the watch and phone]
Once your phone and your watch are paired, check if you can access the Google Play Store.
