What are the differences between Wear OS 2 and Wear OS 3?

The key differences between Wear OS 2 and 3 are the following:

- The pairing process: Wear OS 3 requires the TAG Heuer Connected app while Wear OS 2 uses the Wear OS by Google app.

- User experience: Wear OS 3 delivers easier navigation and improved apps and services.

- Features: Some features, such as full shot tracking for golf, are only available on watches updated to Wear OS 3.

- Google features: Some experiences are not available on watches with Wear OS 3, including Google Assistant. Messages by Google, Google Wallet™, and Google Maps are not available for watches paired paired with iOS devices.

TAG Heuer Connected works with phones running Android 8.0+ (excluding Go edition) or iOS 15.0+ and is only compatible with Calibre E4.
