The touch screen on my TAG Heuer Connected isn’t working - what should I do?

If the touch screen on your TAG Heuer Connected isn’t working, don’t worry. There are a few checks you can make. 
  • Has the watch been damaged in any way?
  • Is the screen intact, or has it been damaged?
  • When you press the power button, does the apps list (menu) appear on the screen? If it does, please check that your watch is up-to-date - update your watch’s software if you need to.

If you’ve made these checks and everything seems fine, please try holding down the power button 10 secondes until the watch restarts. This might fix the problem.
