My watch isn’t charging - what should I do?
If your watch isn’t charging, the first thing to check is that it’s correctly positioned in the docking unit. The logo on the power button should be aligned with the logo on the charger.
If your watch still does not charge, please unplug the cable from the charger, and reconnect it again. Then check the following:
If the problem continues, please contact us and we’ll take a look before fixing it for you.
If your watch still does not charge, please unplug the cable from the charger, and reconnect it again. Then check the following:
- When the watch is on charge, does the watch face change to show it’s currently charging?
- When the watch is on charge, does the watch face show the percentage of battery charged? If so, does this number increase?
- Try charging with a different cable or try charging to a different wall socket
- Check if the watch or docking unit been damaged at all?
- Check if the plug of lead been damaged?
