My watch is disconnected from TAG Heuer Golf app, what should I do?

If you notice that your watch is disconnected from the TAG Heuer Golf app, this could be because:
  • Your watch is disconnected from your phone because the Bluetooth connection is lost. 
  • You are not connected to the Internet. A connection is required to synchronize the watch and the phone. Without it, the information will be saved and synchronized during the next connection. 

Our tip to iOS users:
If you have an iPhone, please bring your watch close to it, open the WearOS application, and make sure the watch is connected and that the WearOS application is running in the background.
