My TAG Heuer Connected isn’t updating with the latest Wear OS™ operating system - what should I do?

If you’ve received a notification letting you know that a new Wear OS operating system update is available but can’t perform the update, please: 
  • Make sure your phone has Wi-Fi or internet connectivity
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone 
  • Make sure your watch is paired with your phone - if you’re within Bluetooth range and see a broken cloud icon Broken Cloud on your watch face, your watch and phone are not currently connected
  • Make sure your phone has at least 80% battery power
  • Go to settings > system > about > system updates
