I just created a new watch face using the TAG Heuer Connected app, but it isn’t showing up on my watch - what should I do?
If you’ve created a watch face using the TAG Heuer Connected app but can’t see it on your watch, please follow these steps:
- Make sure your phone is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G)
- Make sure your watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth and is in range. If you see a broken cloud icon on the watch screen , your watch and phone aren’t currently connected.
- Make sure you’ve tapped the Activate icon on your TAG Heuer Connected app after creating the new watch face
