I can’t receive my notifications, what can I do?
If you are not receiving any notifications even though your TAG Heuer Connected watch is connected, here's what you should do:
Firstly, please make sure that:
• Your devices are connected to Bluetooth.
• Your watch is not in Theater mode.
• Your phone's Do Not Disturb mode is off.
• Notifications are enabled on your phone.
For iOS users only:
In your phone, go to Settings > Notifications and select the Wear OS by Google app. You can now enable Allow Notifications and remember to make sure that Lock Screen is ticked.
Using the same settings (enable Allow Notifications + tick Lock Screen), please make sure that all the notifications you want to receive are enabled on your watch.
In the section Show Previews, you may want to select Always, otherwise it will hide the notification message preview on your phone and not be sent to the watch.
Your watch will receive all the notifications that your phone displays on the locked screen.
On your watch, go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > App notifications and Show All. Then, choose an application in the list and enable or disable the notifications according to your preferences.
You can set up the notifications on your phone and check the authorizations to get the display you want. In the Wear OS by Google app, Swipe down, select Notifications and edit your notification preferences.
