I can’t pair my watch with my phone - what should I do?

If you’re having issues connecting your watch and phone, first check if your phone is compatible. If your smartphone is running Android™ 4.4+ and iOS 9+, then it should work.

Once that’s checked, have another go at pairing your watch and phone. If you’re pairing your watch and phone for the first time, please follow these steps:
  • Make sure your phone is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G)
  • Make sure Bluetooth is on
  • Make sure you’ve downloaded the Wear OS™ app to your phone, and make sure it’s up-to-date
  • Follow the instructions on the app and watch face to continue

If you’ve recently performed a factory reset to your phone, you’ll need to pair your watch and phone again.

If you’re an iOS user:
  • Access your phone’s Bluetooth settings
  • Tap the “i” icon next to your watch device’s name
  • Select the option to forget the device

If you’re an Android user:
  • Open the Wear OS™ app on your phone
  • Tap the Settings icon
  • Tap your watch device’s name
  • Select the option to forget the device

Once you’ve done that, please follow these steps:
  • Open the Wear OS™ app on your phone
  • Tap the three dots in the top right hand corner
  • Tap Pair with a new wearable
  • Follow the instructions on the app and watch face to continue

If you’re still having trouble pairing your phone and watch, please get in touch and we’ll help get this sorted.
