I can’t log in to TAG Heuer Connected app - what should I do?
If you’re having trouble logging in to the TAG Heuer Connected app, check the following:

- Make sure you have the latest version of the app on your phone—you can check this in the Google Play Store™ or in the App Store.
- Make sure your phone is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G).
- Make sure your login details are correct (email/password, or Google account details).
- Tap Forgotten your sign in details? - the TAG Heuer Connected support site will open.
- Follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Uninstall the TAG Heuer Connected app and re-install it again.
- Enter your login details.
