I can’t log in to TAG Heuer Connected app - what should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in to the TAG Heuer Connected app, check the following:
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app on your phone—you can check this in the Google Play Store™ or in the App Store.
  • Make sure your phone is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G/5G).
  • Make sure your login details are correct and that you did not signedin to another account via the method Google Sign-in or Apple Sign-in.

If you’ve forgotten your password:
  • Tap Forgotten your sign in details? - the TAG Heuer Connected support site will open.
  • Follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you have a message saying that your account is under deletion process, please contact us if you want to cancel this request.

If you’re still not able to log in to the TAG Heuer Connected app:
  • Uninstall the TAG Heuer Connected app and re-install it again.
  • Enter your login details.

Please ensure you are using the compatible app for your watch, as two apps are available depending of your watch generation ; The TAG Heuer Connected app for Calibre E4 (Connected 2020) and later, and the Connected Modular app for models released before 2020.
