How do I update my TAG Heuer Connected with the latest Wear OS™ operating system?
To update your TAG Heuer Connected with the latest Wear OS™ operating system, applications and watch faces, please make sure :
- Your phone has an internet connection
- The Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Your watch is paired with your phone - if you are within Bluetooth range and see a broken cloud on your watch face, your watch and phone are not currently connected
- Your phone has at least 80% battery power
Note that your watch will be do automatic updates if it is on charge and connected over Wi-Fi.
To verify the updates manually, follow these steps;
- Your watch software : go into Settings > System > About > System updates
- Your watch apps : open the PlayStore in the menu > MyApps > « Update all » will be displayed if updates are required
- Your watch faces : they are part of the system and the apps, by following the two previous steps you also update the watch faces
If there’s an update available, a notification will appear on your watch face. Follow the notifications on your watch to install the update.
