How do I set up my goals in TAG Heuer Wellness app?

When you discover for the first time the TAG Heuer Wellness application, you will be asked to define your daily goals. Based on Health Associations advice, we pre-defined two daily goals to help you feel better every day and one weekly barometer to track how your effort benefited your body.

You can set up your own goals by going to the Wellness app settings on your watch by scrolling down and select Change my goals. You can then define the steps and calories the same way you can do it via your phone on the tab Wellness of the Companion app and select Goals on top of the screen.
