How do I make sure my TAG Heuer watch is genuine?
In order to guarantee that your purchase is a genuine TAG Heuer watch it must be bought from an authorised TAG Heuer retailer, whether in store or on the Internet. Before purchasing your watch, please check online at www.tagheuer.com for a list of authorised retailers. TAG Heuer is not responsible for any watches purchased from a non-authorised retailer, so please exercise caution prior to purchasing your timepiece. Failure to respect this condition renders all rights resulting from the TAG Heuer International warranty null and void.
If you are not sure about the authenticity of your watch, send it in to one of our TAG Heuer Official Service Centre for inspection. Unfortunately, we cannot use the model and serial number to authenticate it, as these can be engraved onto a counterfeit watch as well.
