How can you ensure your TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E5 is properly paired?

1- Your watch is paired

Please ensure that your watch is paired in your phone’s Bluetooth settings and displayed as "Connected" in the TAG Heuer Connected app logo TAG Heuer Connected app.

  • Path: TAG Heuer Connected app logo TAG Heuer Connected app > select the TAG Heuer logo tab (bottom left of the screen) > at the top right, the watch logo and battery level should be displayed.
  • Note: please keep the TAG Heuer Connected app running in the background to maintain connectivity and synchronization.

 


 

2- TAG Heuer account

Please ensure that your TAG Heuer account is signed in so that your watch can synchronize data and receive app updates.

  • Path: TAG Heuer Connected app logo TAG Heuer Connected app > Settings > Account > Sign in

 


 

3- Your watch is up to date

Automatic updates are performed when the watch is placed on the charger overnight and connected to a secure, private Wi‑Fi network.
Manual updates can also be performed directly on the watch via the settings.

  • Path: On the Watch > Settings > General > Updates > "Update all" will appear if updates are available.

 


 

4- Permissions granted

Please ensure that all required permissions are enabled on both the watch and the phone for an optimal experience.

  • Phone permissions: Location, Bluetooth, Contacts, Calendar, Notifications, and Trackers.
    • Path: TAG Heuer Connected app logo TAG Heuer Connected > Settings > Phone permissions > Enable all
    • Then: Phone > Settings > TAG Heuer > Notifications > "Allow notifications"
  • Watch permissions: GPS.
    • Then: Phone > Settings > TAG Heuer > Location > "Allow precise location"
