How can I send my watch for maintenance?
TAG Heuer makes it simple to care for your timepiece with our online after-sales service platform, available in the following countries: Germany, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom, and Japan. To begin your maintenance request, you can log in with your MyTAGHeuer account for the most seamless experience—though it is not required.
You will be asked to provide your watch details (please have the serial number and reference ready), then complete the service request form, including the current condition of your watch and your personal information. Once submitted, you will receive clear instructions on how to send your watch to us.
After reception, our watchmakers will examine your timepiece and provide you with a detailed estimate. Through your MyTAGHeuer space, you can track the entire process—from reception to service progress—at any time. Once the service is approved, you will be able to settle the payment online.
For countries not covered by the online service, your watch can be dropped off at any of our official points of sale, where our teams will arrange its shipment to our service center for repair.
