Can I return a new TAG Heuer Connected purchased through Trade-in program ?
Taking part in the Program does not affect the Customer’s right to return their New TAG Heuer Connected in accordance with TAG Heuer applicable return policies.
If you purchase your watch in a TAG Heuer boutique, please refer to your initial boutique.
If you purchase your watch online, please contact your Customer Care.
However, even if you decide to return the new TAG Heuer Connected watch that you obtained with your Trade-In, you will not be able to receive your old watch in return. Thus, we recommend to only proceed with the shipment once you are sure you won't return your new Connected Watch.
