This article provides general information regarding TAG Heuer Golf application compatibility changes and explains the technical and operational reasons for dropping support for older watchOS versions.

1- End of compatibility

To maintain optimal performance and continue introducing new features, TAG Heuer Golf will focus on supporting devices capable of running the latest watchOS versions. Older watchOS versions will no longer be supported due to limitations in hardware and software that prevent proper functioning of updated features.

Devices running unsupported watchOS versions will not be compatible with future TAG Heuer Golf updates.
Only watches running the latest or supported watchOS versions will remain compatible.

2- Device requirements

Future versions of TAG Heuer Golf require watches that can handle new features and improvements, including enhanced performance, sensors, and software capabilities. Ensuring compatibility with these features requires a minimum watchOS version.

Supported watchOS versions must meet the minimum requirements for new features.
Devices running older watchOS versions may experience limited functionality or may not be able to install updates.

3- Technical reasons

Updates to the TAG Heuer Golf application increasingly rely on advanced hardware and software capabilities. Older devices or watchOS versions cannot meet these requirements, which is why support is gradually phased out.

New functionalities require hardware and software capabilities unavailable on older devices.
Maintaining support for outdated versions would compromise performance and reliability.

4- Subscription management

Please note that all subscriptions are handled only by Apple.

To manage your TAG Heuer Golf subscription, including review, modification, or cancellation, please follow Apple’s instructions for App Store purchases and subscriptions.

In your iPhone, go to Settings > Your Apple ID (Your full name at the top) > Subscriptions > select TAG Heuer Golf.
