The TAG Heuer Connected Watch integrates fitness monitoring features, offering precise real-time data on activity, performance, and well-being. Below, you will find an overview of its core tracking capabilities.

1- Heart Rate

The watch delivers precise heart rate monitoring, providing continuous, real-time data on your heart’s activity. Using an optical sensor, it measures heart rate under the skin, tracking resting, active and peak heart rates to assess exercise intensity. This comprehensive heart rate data syncs effortlessly with the TAG Heuer mobile app, allowing you to monitor trends and gain deeper insights into your heart’s performance throughout the day.

  1. Measures resting, active, and peak heart rates
  2. Provides insights via the TAG Heuer mobile app

2- Steps

The watch provides accurate step tracking, giving you real-time data on your daily movement. Equipped with an accelerometer and gyroscope, it detects each footstep by identifying unique movement patterns associated with walking and running. The watch distinguishes steps from other motions, ensuring precision even during varied activities. This data syncs seamlessly with the TAG Heuer Connected app, allowing you to monitor daily step counts, set goals, and track progress for an active lifestyle.

  1. Accurate detection with accelerometer and gyroscope
  2. Track daily step counts and progress

Notes: Daily step data helps you set personalized fitness goals and monitor progress seamlessly.

3- Calories

The watch gives a detailed look at your daily energy burn by tracking two types of calories: active and total. Active calories are burned during activities like walking, running, or workouts, calculated using movement sensors and an optical heart rate monitor. Total calories combine these active calories with your resting calories, which reflect your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and account for essential functions like breathing. This data is processed through algorithms, all accessible in real-time via the TAG Heuer Connected app.

  1. Tracks active and total calories
  2. Real-time calorie data available in the app

4- Active Time

The watch provides an accurate measure of Active Time, the total duration spent on physical activities each day. Using an advanced optical sensor, it tracks resting, active, and peak heart rates to assess exercise intensity. For enhanced precision, Active Minutes are calculated when your heart rate exceeds 50% of your max heart rate, while Intense Active Minutes when heart rate surpasses 70% count double. This detailed data syncs seamlessly with the TAG Heuer Connected app, providing real-time insights into your daily activity.

  1. Calculates Active and Intense Active Minutes
  2. Syncs detailed activity data with the app
