How do I keep my Connected Watch updated?

If your Connected Watch is not updated, it may cause a poor experience such as battery overconsumption, slowness, or frozen screens. 

To ensure your watch will be automatically updated, please check the following information:

1.    Your watch must be connected to the Wi-Fi where you are charging it (most probably at your home)
a.    Go to your watch’s settings > Connectivity > Wi-Fi
b.    Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password on your watch or your phone

2.    You must have a Google account connected to get application updates
a.    Open your TAG Heuer Connected mobile app
b.    Go to the settings > Add Google account
c.    Follow the instructions to add your Google account 


Being connected to Wi-Fi and having a Google account connected to your watch will ensure you receive automatically all available updates when your watch is on charge.
