This article explains how to synchronize your Sports and Golf sessions to third-party-apps, using the TAG Heuer mobile app and the TAG Heuer Golf app. Data from Wellness such as daily heart rate does not export to third-party apps.
1- Third-party apps and compatibility
You can export your Sports sessions to Strava or Apple Health apps and TAG Heuer Golf data with Apple Health.
- Models covered: Calibre E3 to E5.
- iOS: export to Strava and Apple Health from the TAG Heuer Connected app.
- Android: export to Strava and Health Connect from the TAG Heuer Connected app.
- Golf on iOS: export to Apple Health from the TAG Heuer Golf app.
2- Connect third-party apps in TAG Heuer Connected
Use the TAG Heuer Connected app to link your account, so future Sports sessions upload automatically.
Open the TAG Heuer Connected app on your phone > Settings > "Connect to other apps" for the Calibre E5 and Third-Party applications" for the Calibre E3 and E4.
TIP : Once linked, new Sports sessions recorded with your watch will upload automatically to the selected third-party app after syncing with the phone.
3- iOS - Enable Apple Health export in TAG Heuer Golf
To save Golf rounds as workouts in Apple Health on iOS:
- Open the TAG Heuer Golf app.
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Enable Save rounds as workouts in the Health app.
4- What gets synced and useful notes
After completing the steps above, your next session will be automatically uploaded to the third-party application you selected.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and the watch has synced with the phone after your activity.
- If you change phones or uninstall apps, repeat the linking steps.
- Permissions matter: allow the Connected or Golf app to read/write workouts in the phone’s health settings.
