FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

To benefit from service under the international warranty, the following conditions must be met:

• The international warranty card included with your purchase must be presented at the time of repair. It must have been correctly completed at the time of purchase by an authorised TAG Heuer retailer, including the date of purchase, the watch reference and the serial number.

• TAG Heuer cannot honour any warranty for watches sold without a valid warranty card duly completed and signed by an authorised TAG Heuer retailer.

• The serial number engraved on the case back must remain clearly legible. No part of the original case back or the serial number may be missing, modified, falsified, altered, replaced, erased, defaced or rendered illegible.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will render the TAG Heuer International Warranty null and void.

Please note that the warranty is valid only when the watch is purchased from an authorised TAG Heuer retailer.
