I cannot install apps on my connected watch - what can I do?

Calibre E4 and under

If you are having problems installing apps on your TAG Heuer Connected from the Play Store, here are some quick checks to perform:

Is your watch directly connected to Wi-Fi?
To install apps, your watch must be connected to Wi-Fi, a public Wi-Fi won't work.
To check your Wi-Fi connection:

  • Swipe down on your watch face and tap on the Settings icon
  • Tap on Connectivity.
  • Tap on Wi-Fi and view the connection status.

 

Do you have a Google account?
To install apps, you need a Google account.

If you have a Calibre E3 or previous generation, open the Wear OS by Google™ app on your phone:

  • Scroll down and tap to Advanced Settings
  • Tap on Accounts on your watch
  • Check if your watch is linked to an active Google account. If not, please create a Google account and synchronized it. 

If you have a Calibre E4, to add or manage the accounts Google or TAG Heuer, please go to the TAG Heuer phone app.
