<p>How do I charge my connected watch?</p>
Each generation of charging dock is designed specifically for its corresponding device and is not compatible with other generations. Even if a charging dock appears to fit, it may not align correctly with the pins, which can result in unstable or lost charging.
Calibre E3 (released in 2020)
To charge your watch, please follow these steps:
- Plug your USB cable into a power source
- Plug it to the charging dock
- Place the watch on the charging dock
Calibre E4 – 42mm & 45mm (released in 2022)
To charge your watch, please follow these steps:
- Plug your USB cable into a power source
- Attach it to the charging dock
- Place the watch on the charger with the crown up. The shield should be perfectly aligned if it is the correct charger.
- Your screen will rotate and display a charging percentage
Note: Reference EX2028 for the Calibre E4 – 42mm, and EX2029 for the E4 – 45mm.
