How can I find the serial number and recognize the model of my TAG Heuer Connected Watch?
Each TAG Heuer Connected watch model has two different serial number:
- A Software Serial Number (SSN) that can be found in the watch settings depending on your model.
- A Physical Serial Number (PSN) that can be found at the back of the watch case or on the settings for the Calibre E5.
The reference number, also findable at the back of your watch case is also very useful as it allows you to recognize the exact model of your device.
To find the model and serial number of your connected watch, please look at the back of your watch.
- For the Calibre E5 - 45mm, released in 2025, you will find the model reference on top of the back of the case beginning by SBT8A, the serial number can be found at the bottom back of the case.
- For the Calibre E5 - 40mm, you will find the model reference on top of the back of the case beginning by SBT80, the serial number can be found at the bottom back of the case.
- For the Calibre E4 - 45mm, released in 2023, you will find the model reference on top of the back of the case beginning by SBR8A, the serial number can be found at the bottom back of the case.
- For the Calibre E4 - 42mm, you will find the model reference on top of the back of the case beginning by SBR80, the serial number can be found at the bottom of the case.
- For the Calibre E3 - 45mm, released in 2020, you will see around the heart rate sensor the model reference beginning by SBG8A, the serial number is mentioned at the bottom of the case.
- For the Calibre E2 - 45mm, you will read the code SBF8A and for the for the Calibre E2 - 41mm it will be SBF81. Models released in 2017.
- For the Calibre E1, released in 2015, you will read the code SAR8A80.
Depending on the channel you bought your connected watch, you may find the serial number and model on the invoice or via the warranty card.
