<p>My watch is lost or stolen - what should I do?</p>
If your mechanical or connected watch has been lost or stolen, we recommend taking the following steps:
1. Report to Local Authorities: Contact your local police station to report the loss or theft. Be sure to provide all relevant details, including the model and serial number of your watch.
2. Inform TAG Heuer: Once you have filed a police report, please reach out to us and provide a copy of the report, along with your watch’s serial number and model. While we cannot recover lost or stolen watches, having this information on record may help in certain cases.
What If I own a connected watch?
Unfortunately, TAG Heuer does not have the ability to track or remotely block a lost or stolen connected watch.
