If you are experiencing difficulty logging into the TAG Heuer Connected application, please review the following points:
1- On Your Phone
To ensure proper functionality and connection, please check your phone's status.
- Ensure that you have the most recent version of the application installed on your telephone. You can verify this in the Google Play Store™ or the App Store.
- Confirm that your telephone is connected to the internet, either via Wi-Fi or a mobile network (3G/4G/5G).
2- On the TAG Heuer Mobile Application
Issues with login often stem from application-specific settings or credentials.
- Please confirm that your login details are accurate. It is possible that you may have inadvertently signed into a different account, especially if utilizing Google Sign-in or Apple Sign-in. If you were recently logged out for an unexpected reason, try logging out completely and then attempting to connect using an alternative login method if available.
- If you have forgotten your password:
- Tap on "Forgotten your sign in details?". This will direct you to the TAG Heuer Connected support site.
- Follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
- Should you receive a message indicating that your account is undergoing a deletion process, please contact us if you wish to cancel this request.
Note:
Users often log into another account if, for a specific reason, they have been logged out. In this case, log out of your current account and try connecting using another connection method (for example, a different Google or Apple account, or a different email/password combination).
3- If you are still unable to log in to the TAG Heuer Connected application
Sometimes, a fresh installation can resolve persistent login issues.
- Uninstall the TAG Heuer Connected application from your device, then reinstall it.
- Proceed to enter your login details once more.
4- Compatible App for Your Watch
Ensure you are using the correct application for your specific watch model.
- The TAG Heuer Connected application with the red logo is for Calibre E5 models.
- The TAG Heuer Connected application with the black logo is for Calibre E3 (Connected 2020) and Calibre E4 models.
- The Connected Modular application is for models released prior to 2020.
