Can I change the watch battery?
Only Calibre E3 and above models are eligible for battery replacement.
Depending on the generation, availability, and overall condition of the watch, the repair center may advise a trade-in option. Pricing will be provided upon request or, if applicable, under warranty.
Battery issues are most often related to software. Please ensure you follow all recommended steps regarding battery consumption, as outlined in the article “How can I maximize my watch battery life?” before determining whether the battery is defective.
