Product(s): TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E3, E4, E5

Phone OS: Android, iOS

This guide provides comprehensive troubleshooting steps for pairing your TAG Heuer Connected smartwatch with your phone. Please follow the instructions relevant to your specific watch model.

1- Initial Checks Before Pairing

Before attempting to pair your watch, ensure the following:

  • Phone OS Compatibility:
    • Calibre E5: Android 13.0+ and iOS 18.0+
    • Calibre E4: Android 8.1 / iOS 15.4
    • Calibre E3: Android 6.0 / iOS 12.0
  • App Status:
    • For watch generations (Calibre E3 and before) that need the Wear OS by Google app to function, please make sure this app is up-to-date.
  • Bluetooth:
    • Deactivate and then re-enable Bluetooth on your phone.
    • For iOS users on Calibre E3 or previous generations: Check the Bluetooth permission status for the Wear OS by Google app. Go to your iPhone's Settings > Wear OS by Google > and then enable Bluetooth.

Once you have completed these checks, please try pairing your watch and phone again. (For detailed pairing instructions, refer to your watch's user manual.)

If your phone still cannot find your watch during the pairing process:

  1. Long-press on the crown until the watch vibrates and open the settings menu.
  2. Tap on Restart the watch.
  3. Kill and reopen the relevant app:
    • For Calibre E3 and previous generations: Wear OS by Google app.
    • For Calibre E4, E5 and later generations: TAG Heuer Connected app.
  4. Try the pairing process again.

If the pairing code is incorrect or your phone/watch cannot access it:

  1. Long-press on the crown until the watch vibrates and open the settings menu.
  2. Tap on Restart the watch.
  3. Close the relevant app:
    • For Calibre E3 and previous generations: Wear OS by Google app.
    • For Calibre E4, E5 and later generations: TAG Heuer Connected app.

  5. Open the relevant app:
    • For Calibre E3 and previous generations: Wear OS by Google app.
    • For Calibre E4, E5 and later generations: TAG Heuer Connected app.
  6. Try the pairing process again.

4- Troubleshooting: Google Account Synchronization (E1, E2, E3 & E4)

For Calibre E4 and previous generations, if your Google account could not synchronize:

  1. Check your phone's internet connection.
  2. If no issue is detected, skip this step to finish the pairing process and follow the steps below to add it later.

  1. Check that the watch is connected.
  2. Swipe to the bottom of the page and go to Advanced settings.
